All Talo smart products have a button that you can use to reset the device. Keep the button pressed for 10 seconds, and you successfully reset the device.

All smart products (regardless the brand) are only compatible with a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and they cannot connect with a 5 GHz Wi-fi network. When your router transmits a 5 GHz signal, it is always possible to change this to a 2.4 GHz signal. Contact your internet provider on how to change this.

No, at this time it is not possible to control your Talo products through a PC. It is only possible to control your smart products through the mobile Smart Life app.

  1. Press on "Me" in the bottom right corner.
  2. Click on "Home Management" and select the "Smart House" account that you created before. Haven't created a "Smart House" account yet? Make this then right away by pressing "Add new".
  3. Select "Add Member" and fill in the required fields.
  4. You can allocate a role to the family member, which is either Administrator or Common Member.
    • Administrator: Can manage devices, change settings and create or delete an automation.
    • Common Member Can use and activate smart devices and smart settings.
  5. Press "Save" to save the settings and invite another member.

Talo Smart Plug:

Yes you can. In the app, you can easily set up the times on which the smart plug turns on or off.

Tip! Use the Talo Smart Plug for the lights in the house, and use the sunrise/sunset function to turn the lights on or off based on sunlight. In the winter, the sun sets earlier than in the summer. By making an automation based on the sunset/sunrise, you will never have to change the timer.

Yes, our Talo Smart Plugs are specially designed so that you can simply use all sockets. We see that many other smart plugs are a lot wider, so you can use fewer sockets. That is not a smart solution, of course. We made sure that you don't have to worry about it with us.

Talo Pet Feeder:

You can set as many different moments as you want. You can set these feeding times on different days, for example only on Mondays, only on Monday to Friday, only on weekends, all week, or just once and no more. In short, there are enough options for your pet.

Click on "+" to add a new feed time, or edit an existing feed time by clicking on the time. Click "repeat" and select all days of the week. Save the settings and from now on the feeding time will repeat every day.

There are two infrared sensors in the pet feeder. They measure if there is enough food in the tank and whether the food came out successfully. If the pet feeder is located in a sunny environment (next to the window for example), then it could be that the infrared sensor may not be interrupted because the sunlight is shining in the sensor. As a result, the pet feeder will send a notification to your phone that no food was dispensed.

We recommend that you place the pet feeder in such a way that it is impossible for direct sunlight to shine in the feeding machine. That is also better for your pet's food.

You can set a minimum of 1 serving and a maximum of 12 servings. Each serving contains about 10 grams.

The Talo Smart Automatic Feeder is only suitable for dry food. If you often feed your pet wet food, it will not be suitable. We also recommend that you have a maximum chunk diameter of 1.5 cm. This way you are assured that the automatic feeder will always work properly. Not sure if your chunks are suitable? Send us a message with the type of feed and we will help you further.
